PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS LANTAI PRODUKSI MENGGUNAKAN METODE OBJECTIVE MATRIX (OMAX) DAN FAULT TREE ANALISIS (FTA)

PT Madubaru Madukismo is a company engaged in the manufacture of granulated sugar. The problem faced by that has not reached set production target. It known target 30,000 quintals per month. So for measuring productivity using objective matrix (OMAX) and fault tree analysis (FTA) methods where partial measurement system developed to monitor each part with criteria accordance existence part, method used analyze risk causes failure.
